I just bought a new XP computer and want to transfer all sent and received faxes from Fax Console (XP also) to my new computer. I can find all my received faxes stored as individual .TIFF files but when I import them into the new console, they lose all identifying info like date, time, fax number.

3) cannot set the values for the coversheed - sender, sender-faxnumber on all faxes - on 2 the fields are greyed out. if i can set fields, to 3.02 that was it so far i remember. especially the settings-import AND coversheet are the troubles, which makes me unhappy. the rest i can live with it. ;) best wishes,

Furthermore, I am unable to import its files to competing products such as Eudora an Netscape. This is a horrible product! And it was my main reason for upgrading from office 97. Outlook xp doesn't even do faxes or newsgroups. The newsgroup reader in Outlook express is terrible, but at least it has one.
